Change: Silver chalices are now treated as decorations, no longer forming item piles or decaying on deed. All damage on existing silver chalices has been removed.
Change: The “drop” permission is no longer checked when moving an item to a trash heap, altar, or mailbox that is on the ground.

Bugfix: It is no longer possible to drink quicksilver tonics from the ground or containers when you would not have permission to pick them up, or from corpses you are not allowed to loot.

Note: This is not a fix for the infamous transfer bug, that requires GM help to reunite with the boat. We are looking into that issue separately.
