Wurm Service Announcement: Planted items

In an upcoming update planted items with over 70 damage or less than 10 effective quality will no longer be planted and can be picked up by anyone off deed. On deed planted items will not be affected by this change. Please ensure all planted items are above 10 quality and have less than 70 damage if you wish to secure them.

Movement System Updates

Today saw a few restarts as we implemented improvements on the movement system. The end result is a system that is more accurate in regards to location and improved movement within the game.

There were a few bugs (and bruises) as this was implemented but we are confident most, if not all have been eliminated. Guards and reinforcement fix

  • Fix so guards can once again teleport into caves.
  • (EPIC) Fix so unlawful citizens cannot remove mine reinforcements.
  • Cave tiles that are reinforced (floors) now reduce the possibility of cave ins.
  • Fixed an issue where you could load artifacts in to a catapult.
  • Fix for invalid kingdoms on Chaos and HOTS kingdom on new players.
  • Players on Epic can no longer move corpses when there are enemies nearby.
  • Removed a warning from all players that had one since the majority of them were several years old.

Life Transfer fix

  • Removed Life Transfer effect from armors due to unintended behaviour.
  • Fix for floor, staircases and roof QL when just made.
  • Fix so can continue building floors using menu.
  • Removed “build staircase” option when no floor below is present.
  • Fix for planting sign cooldown, so it ignores own village.
  • Update so PLAN BUILDING is always available, and feedback is given when selected.
