WSA: display issues with new client 3/MAY/18

If you are experiencing display issues with coloured sprites, please enable the “Max Dynamic Lights” checkbox in advanced settings. As each system may be different, you will need to lower the number gradually until the coloured sprites stop displaying. We will be working on a fix in an updated client as soon as possible

Client update 03/MAY/18

  • Fixed items angled incorrectly on terrain.
  • Fixed GLSL issues for Mac.
  • Fixed issues causing stuttering during movement.
  • Addressed low FPS issues. (Note: If you are still experiencing FPS issues limiting or lowering the maximum dynamic lights in settings should help.)

Client patch notes 21/MAR/18

  • Bugfix: Fixed active item glowing bright white when observed by another player.
  • Bugfix: Addressed some client stuttering and freezing occurrences.

PREVIEW CLIENT ONLY

  • New keys to bind to:
    • SCROLLUP – Moving scroll wheel up.
    • SCROLLDOWN – Moving mouse scroll wheel down.
  • New actions to bind:
    • ACTIVATE_TOOL_NEXT – Activates the next tool to the right in the toolbelt.
    • ACTIVATE_TOOL_PREVIOUS – Activates the next tool to the left in the toolbelt.
  • Both actions will cycle through the toolbelt when reading the respective end (next 1-9 back to 1, previous 9-1 back to 9).
  • Holding ALT while scrolling will now cause mouse scrolling to ignore UI elements.

NOTE: If the current live client is launched these actions and keys will be removed from the player configuration and will need rebinding upon launching the preview client again.

Client update notes 7/DEC/17

  • Added an anchor option to skill tracker for anchoring bottom left or top left of the locked window when adding or removing skills.
  • Significantly reduced memory usage in situations where other players were in local. (This will include a rather large download of the graphics pack, but reduces the overall size and memory usage of the pack.)
  • Fixed not matching head and body colours.
  • Other general optimizations.
